Terms of Service and Copyright

Terms of Service:

THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH BACK ON TRACK DOCUMENTARY ("The Picture") RECEIVES DONATIONS TOWARDS THE PREPRODUCTION, PRODUCTION AND POSTPRODUCTION OF SAID PICTURE VIA THE INTERNET. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AND YOU SHOULD READ THEM CAREFULLY. IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, "WE," "US," "ITS" AND "OUR" REFER TO THE PICTURE, AND "YOU",  "YOUR" AND "DONOR(S)" REFER TO YOU.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Any and all donations will go to the preproduction, production, and postproduction of Back on Track (the “Picture"). We claim the right to dismiss any and all claims to admittance of said donors to view, demand print copies or proof of spent donated funds. We are not a 501(c)(3) charity and do not have open records and our expenditures are NOT available to the public.

ALL donations go to the creation of the Picture and not to an individual for private income or expenditures outside of said Picture. The donations will be utilized to cover expenses which include the short films associated with the Picture ("Albie," said short film), distribution, and other necessary costs in the creation of a feature-length documentary film.

Donations will NOT go towards the payment or fees to cover wages for said positions of: Producer, Director, Writer and Cinematographer. These donations will NOT go towards the payment or fees to cover wages for said positions of: Below the line: Location Sound, Boom Operator, Set Decorator, Production Designer, Unit Production Manager, First Assistant Director, Second Assistant Director, 1st Camera Assistant, 2nd Camera Assistant, Camera Operator, Gaffer, Grips, Electricians, D.I.T., Crane operator, and other "On-Location" personnel. This is only because said personnel listed above are dedicating their time, money, effort and expertise to this project pro bono. This is a significant donation of their time to create a film of this magnitude without financial gain or assistance.

Donations will go towards transportation, housing, food and otherwise necessary materials to maintain a film crew in a professional setting. These include, but are not limited to, paying for plane tickets, gas and traveling expenses, crafty services and catering, medical supplies, safety gear and housing.

Donations will also go towards purchasing production equipment, production rentals, production insurance, film permits, film location agreement costs and other production-related costs towards the Picture.

Postproduction donations will go towards expenses that may include and are not limited to: sound design applications and systems, studio recording rentals, composer wages, musician wages, music-rights, and rentals costs.
